Christie's auction house in NYC will have the honor (well, that's debatable, but whatever) of auctioning off the engagement ring that Kris Humphries gave to Kim Kardashian in anticipation of their 72 day union.
Kris Humphries is expected to net between $300,000 - $500,000 for the finger bling, which is less than the $2 million that it cost. Fortunately for Humphries, it's all profit, because Kim Kardashian was rumored to have paid for it on her own.
While Christie's didn't officially confirm that the ring was offered up by Humphries, it was confirmed that it was provided by 'a gentleman', and it looks exactly like Kim's 20 karat sparkler.
And my personal clue as to why it's Kris who's auctioning off the oversized jewelry? You can't spell Kardashian without Kash In, and that's exactly what Kris intends to do.
