Joe Giudice and his wife Teresa Giudice from The Real Housewives of New Jersey could be in some real trouble.
The pair, accused of tax evasion, lying about income and other things of the sort, were released on a combined $1 million bond until their trial, but that may be the best news they get for a while, considering that their crimes could lead to jail time, and Joe Giudice, a non-US citizen, could be deported.
The couple also cannot leave the NJ / NY area in the meantime, which means that it's a good time for the other RHONJ cast members to take a trip to Connecticut or something if they want to exclude them.
It'll be interesting to see the outcome of their trial, and to see if their fame positively or negatively impacts their outcome. It certainly would make a statement if the pair was jailed. I would feel bad for their children, but Teresa and Joe certainly aren't entirely innocent.
