Sorry, I hardly call living in a $1.78 million 3-building villa 'roughing it,' even if you're in sleeping bags for a week. Especially when you talk about how the house is so much below your budget that you have extra money to spend for fun and renovation.
Just saying. *Grumble.* I wish I had $1.78 million for an oceanside villa.
